Refund and Returns Policy

1. Custom Modification Policy

All shipping container modifications, including office conversions, structural framing, and specialized architectural layouts, are considered custom projects. Once fabrication has commenced and materials have been procured for your specific unit, all sales are final.

2. Return and Refund Eligibility

Standard non-modified units may be returned within 30 days of delivery if in original condition. Refund requests for eligible returns must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. Modified containers are non-refundable once fabrication begins.

3. Delivery and Site Acceptance

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the drop location is level and accessible. Forge Container Group is not liable for site-related delivery issues.

4. Payments and Dispatch

Full payment is required prior to final shipping dispatch from our regional staging hubs. Deposits are non-refundable once the dispatch pipeline has been activated.
