Execution terms apply directly upon itemized invoice confirmation.
Jurisdiction
Governed in accordance with regional business operations codes.
Product Variance
Acceptable operational variations based on steel industrial baselines.
1. Agreement Baseline & Operational Authorization
By accessing the digital portals, ordering storage products, or processing custom fabrications through Forge Container Group, you agree to these commercial guidelines. If you do not agree to these structural boundaries, please discontinue use of our site services immediately.
2. Purchase Terms, Invoicing & Payout Settings
All itemized cost estimates provided through our portals depend on localized fleet status, hardware component rates, and regional line-haul flat fees. We reserve the absolute right to correct errors or reject order setups that contain incorrect pricing parameters.
3. Heavy Equipment Structural Variances
Industrial steel equipment unitsāincluding 20ft, 40ft, and 53ft configurationsāwill display minor visual variances. Used structural assets often show minor surface scuffs, patches, or small indentations from their standard container logistics operations. These markings are normal and do not compromise the wind or water-tight safety of the unit.
4. Staging Yard Release & Transit Conditions
Fulfillment occurs strictly upon equipment handoff to dispatch transport operators at our staging hubs. Risk of equipment loss transfers to the client once the trailer wheels cross onto the target drop area. The purchaser handles all property zone access approvals and site safety requirements.
5. Prohibited Portal Use Parameters
Users must not copy or misuse our portal assets, digital images, structural blueprints, layout systems, or code frameworks for competing commercial purposes. Similarly, running unauthorized scraping routines or automated network sweeps against our server endpoints is strictly forbidden.
6. Liability Ceilings & Corporate Indemnity
Forge Container Group will not be liable for indirect, accidental, or property-related damages. This includes issues like shifting surfaces at the drop site, poor foundation setup, or utility interference during heavy mechanical unloading. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific equipment invoice.
7. Governing Rules & Terms Modifications
These service conditions are governed by standard commercial operations rules. We reserve the right to adjust code parameters or update policy contents at any time without prior notice. Continued project scheduling confirms your agreement to our active terms.
