1. Baseline Equipment Return Eligibility

Forge Container Group values operational transparency. Standard, unmodified containers (such as stock 20ft, 40ft, or 53ft units) may be requested for exchange or return authorization within 30 days of initial delivery, provided the unit remains unaltered, unmodified, and structurally identical to its certified pre-dispatch configuration.

2. Titan Parts Hub Component Rules

Unused, unopened replacement components sourced through the Titan Parts Hub—including locking bars, corner castings, heavy door hinges, and modular gaskets—qualify for standard return windows. Returned hardware packages must include original packing slips and arrive at our logistics base completely free of wear, installation markings, or structural scuffs.

3. Custom Build Modification Finality Rules

All sales involving customized structural fabrications are strictly final. Once metal cutting, framing, or specialized lining work begins on turnkey mobile workspaces, office units, pop-up stores, or custom container pools, the structural chassis cannot be restored to standard inventory status. As a result, these orders are excluded from standard refund programs.

4. Pre-Fulfillment Cancellation Windows

Orders for standard storage equipment can be canceled at zero overhead penalty within 48 hours of invoice execution. Cancellations requested after this 48-hour window but prior to logistical container loading are subject to a 15% restocking fee to offset dedicated slot management, yard handling, and dispatch staging overhead costs.

5. Structural Inspection & Quality Audits

All authorized equipment returns must undergo a comprehensive quality audit at our engineering hubs. Verification engineers will assess the integrity of structural panels, marine seals, floor plates, and paint frameworks. Any damage, aftermarket modifications, or structural changes will instantly void the return authorization request.

6. Return Processing Cycles & Payouts

Once your return passes structural inspection, our accounting department initiates a direct payout sequence to your original funding source within 7 banking business days. Processing timelines may vary based on your financial institution’s internal wire transfer clearing protocols.

7. Return Freight & Logistics Cost Liability

The client retains full financial liability for all transport fees tied to returning heavy machinery or container boxes back to our storage facilities. Forge Container Group does not absorb return line-haul freight costs unless our structural engineers explicitly verify a manufacturing defect or pre-existing frame failure prior to initial offloading.
